Every CEO is a little different! We'll custom design your day just for you based on the prep questionnaire you complete, then we'll meet before our day together to align on the agenda and outcomes for your CEO Day. Generally speaking, here's what your day might look like:
We meet online, usually around 9am Eastern Time (adjusted based on your time zone). Since we already aligned on the agenda before your CEO Day, we get straight to work.
The first step is exploration. I'll ask questions about your onboarding questionnaire so I can fully understand your business: team, offers, processes, goals, etc.
Once we're aligned and have a path forward, we'll move on to mapping out and prioritizing your CORE business systems using our Systems sCOREcard (with the use of visual tools like Miro where needed).
Then we'll break for lunch, where you can relax and take in everything we've discussed so far.
After lunch, we'll dive into your custom processes. This is where we'll work on any high-priority processes and resources that we identified in the first half of the day.
We'll wrap up by creating your custom Success Plan, which lays out step by step what you need to do to effectively delegate to your team so you can step into your CEO role.
Before we end for the day, we'll schedule your follow-up call so we can continue to support you as you begin implementing your plan.

Nope! You'll complete a thorough onboarding questionnaire before our time together so that we can understand your business as much as possible and plan for the day.
We'll come to the call with a good idea of what processes your business needs, and we'll work with you to refine that list (and even work on some high-priority items) during your CEO Day.
