Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide high-quality services that meet your business needs. For ongoing retainer services, clients may cancel with a 30-day notice, and any prepaid fees for services beyond that notice period will be refunded. For one-off projects, refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced and the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the project start date. After work has begun, we are unable to offer refunds due to the allocation of resources and planning involved. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns or issues as early as possible.

Delivery Policy

For digital products such as templates, delivery is made electronically via download link sent to your email address immediately upon successful payment. Ensure that your email address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays. For services, timelines and milestones for delivery will be outlined in your individual service agreement or project proposal, which will be provided at the start of our engagement.

Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns on digital products once they have been downloaded. For services, as each project is bespoke and tailored to your requirements, returns of services are not applicable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and any issues in the service delivery will be addressed promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Services on a retainer basis can be canceled with a 30-day notice. For one-off projects, you may cancel within 48 hours of the project commencement without incurring additional costs, unless services have been rendered, in which case those services will be billed. Subscription services can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
